PostGIS Day across nine UK venues — 246 people in person and around 50 online.

Our first distributed FOSS4G:UK, held on PostGIS Day across nine venues: Bovey Tracey (Dartmoor National Park), Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Keyworth (British Geological Survey), Leeds, London, Manchester and Southampton (Ordnance Survey).

246 people attended in person and around 50 joined online — about 300 on the day — and the event raised roughly £3,500 for OSGeo:UK. Three shared keynotes covered open spatial data science, the history of QGIS, and PostGIS development.

All sessions were streamed and are on the FOSS4G:UK YouTube channel.

Thanks to our national sponsors — the British Geological Survey, Environment Systems, GEOLYTIX, Locate Press, Mergin Maps and Ordnance Survey — and to everyone who hosted, spoke and attended.
